Terms & Conditions

Each project begins with an agreed scope covering pages, functionality, price and timeline. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only carried out once approved by you.

Delivery estimates, including 48-hour delivery, begin once we have received all required content and written approval of the scope. Delays in supplying content will move the delivery date accordingly.

Website builds are charged at the agreed fixed price. Care plans are billed monthly in advance and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise.

Each build includes a review stage with reasonable revisions to layout, wording and imagery. Substantial changes of direction after approval may be quoted as additional work.

On full payment, ownership of the finished website design and content transfers to you. Third-party components, fonts and services remain subject to their own licences.

We take care to deliver reliable, secure websites, but we cannot guarantee specific commercial outcomes, search rankings or uninterrupted third-party hosting availability.
